Sec. 7-70. - Ratification of Fire Code as adopted and amended by San Mateo Consolidated…

The adoption of the 2025 California Fire Code with local amendments by San Mateo Consolidated Fire Department Ordinance 2025-003 as the Fire Code for that joint powers authority exercising the power of the Belmont Fire Protection District and providing fire protection to the City of Belmont is hereby ratified by the City of Belmont in accordance with Health and Safety Code Section 13869.7 and applies throughout the city as the fire code of the city.

Sec. 7-72. - LRA FHSZ designations.

San Mateo Consolidated Fire Department Ordinance 2025-002, adopting the 2025 Local Responsibility Area Fire Hazard Safety Zone Map as recommended by the California State Fire Marshal as recommended for the area encompassing the city, is ratified by the City of Belmont and applies through the city.
