Editor's note— Ord. No. 1054, adopted Nov. 23, 2010, amended §§ 7-21, 7-22, 7-31, 7-41, and 7-51. Section 8 of said ordinance provides that an application for a building permit, or any discretionary review approval, received after December 31, 2010 must comply with this ordinance unless complete plans were submitted to the City of Belmont prior to December 31, 2010.
