§ 5.84.010. Hours.

All billiard parlors and pool halls shall be and remain closed every day between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. of any day, except as specifically permitted by Section 17.44.190(D), in which case a true copy of City resolution granting additional hours of operation shall be presented to law enforcement personnel upon request. § 5.84.020. Minors—Accompanied by or Consent of Parent Required.

  • A. No person under the age of 18 years shall be permitted to play any game of billiards, or pool, at any commercial establishment within the City, unless accompanied by his/her parent, or guardian, or upon the written consent of his/her parent, or guardian.

  • B. No owner, proprietor, or operator, of any commercial establishment shall permit a violation of the foregoing within his/her establishment.
