§ 8.12.010. Compliance required.¶
Every self-service automobile fuel dispensing station, with or without a mini-mart in addition to selling motor vehicle fuel, constructed and/or operated within the city, shall comply with the regulations in this chapter.

§ 8.12.020. Uniform Fire Code incorporated by reference.¶
Any and all regulations contained in the most recent, updated version of the Uniform Fire Code shall be incorporated by reference and made a part of this section, as if fully set forth herein.

§ 8.12.030. Location of dispensing devices.¶
Dispensing devices at automotive motor vehicle fuel dispensing stations shall be located a minimum distance of 20 feet from property lines and located such that all parts of a vehicle being serviced will be on the premises of the motor vehicle fuel dispensing station.

§ 8.12.040. Waste containers.¶
All waste material and rubbish shall be placed and kept in an all-metal or metal-lined container, such container to be equipped with a self-closing top. All such waste material and rubbish shall be kept in such container until it is disposed of or removed from the premises.

§ 8.12.050. Attendants.¶
There shall not be less than one attendant on duty within the premises during business hours. Attendant shall be required to prevent automobiles and their passengers from creating a hazardous situation either on the motor fuel service station premises or on the public way.
