§ 17.18.010. Taking part in, causing, or permitting prohibited – Exemptions.¶
It is unlawful for any person to perform, take part in, or cause or permit to be performed any live acts, demonstrations, or exhibitions which occur in public places, places open to the public, or places open to public view which involve the exposure of the private parts or buttocks of any participant or the breasts of any female participant. The provisions of this section shall not apply to a theater, concert hall, or similar establishment which is primarily devoted to theatrical performances, with fixed seating, and at which no beverages or food are consumed in the same room or rooms as the theatrical production, concert entertainment, or similar entertainment is performed or conducted.
