§ 17.16.010. Theatrical events, concerts, entertainments.¶
No person shall carry on or permit to be carried on, in any premises in the city to which the public is invited or in which the public may participate, any amusement or entertainment, including but not limited to any theatrical event, concert, stage production, or entertainment involving games of skill or chance, between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.

§ 17.16.020. Places where alcoholic beverages are sold or consumed or amusement devices…¶
No premises where alcoholic beverages are sold and consumed, or where amusement devices, machines, or games of skill are maintained for persons occupying or using the premises, shall remain open between the hours of 2:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. on any day. This section shall not apply to bona fide shopping markets.
