9.28.010 - Prohibited acts.¶

It is unlawful for any person or persons, either as owner, principal, agent, servant or employee, to barter, sell or give to any person under the age of 18 years, any tobacco, snuff, cigars, cigarettes or other article of which tobacco is the chief component material.
