Sec. 9.52.010. - Rules and regulations; adoption by resolution.

The city council may establish by resolution rules and regulations governing use of the city's BMX track.

Sec. 9.52.020. - Rules and regulations; posting.

A copy of the rules and regulations governing the use and operation of the city's BMX track shall be posted in three public places and publicized in the manner designated for ordinances and shall be permanently posted at the entrance to the city's BMX track.

Sec. 9.52.030. - Violations and penalties.

Violation of rules and regulations governing the use and operation of the city's BMX track shall, in addition to any other remedies contained therein or in the Barstow Municipal Code, be punishable as set forth in section 1.01.150. Notwithstanding any provision of section 1.01.150 to the contrary, such violations shall constitute a misdemeanor and any such violation may be charged and prosecuted as an infraction. Any person violating any of the rules and regulations governing the use of the city BMX track adopted by the city council shall be deemed guilty of a separate offense for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation of the park rules and regulations is committed, continued, or permitted.
