Sec. 3.24.010. - Capital outlay fund established.

There is established among the funds and accounts of the city a special fund which shall be the capital outlay and special revenue funds as required.

Sec. 3.24.020. - Deposits to funds.

The proceeds of all special taxes levied for municipal improvements shall be deposited into a special revenue fund restricted to the purpose as designated by the special tax, together with such other funds as the city council may direct from time to time.

Sec. 3.24.030. - Interest.

All interest earned through the deposit of the capital outlay fund shall accrue to the fund and shall become a part thereof.
