Sec. 3.20.010. - Special fund established.¶
There is established among the funds and accounts of the city a special fund which shall be the special gas tax improvement fund.

Sec. 3.20.020. - Deposits to and expenditures from.¶
All funds derived from motor fuels taxes collected by the state and paid over to the city shall be deposited forthwith into that special fund established by this chapter, and all expenditures therefrom shall comply with the appropriate sections of the Streets and Highways Code.
