Sec. 2.04.010. - Meeting time and place.¶
The city council shall hold at least one regular meeting each month.
(1) Prior to May 1, 2025, regular meetings shall be held in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 220 East Mountain View Street, Suite A, on the first or third Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m., or at such time and place as the council may from time to time designate.
(2) Beginning on May 1, 2025, regular meetings shall be held in the City Council Chambers, City Hall, 220 East Mountain View Street, Suite A, on the first or third Tuesday of each month at 7:00 p.m., or at such time and place as the council may from time to time designate.

Sec. 2.04.011. - Consecutive meetings.¶
The city council establishes the alternative to hold consecutive or joint meetings with other agencies that the city council officiates as the governing board. Meetings will begin at the regularly scheduled meeting time of the city council unless the city council designates a different time when required.

Sec. 2.04.012. - Adjournment of meetings.¶
The city council may adjourn a regular or special meeting to another time, date and location.

Sec. 2.04.020. - Meeting falling on holiday.¶
Whenever the regular city council meeting dates established by section 2.04.010 fall on a holiday as defined by the city's personnel policy, the city manager shall be authorized to cancel such regular meeting at his discretion, or reschedule such regular meeting at the same time and place on the next succeeding official business day of the city.
