Sec. 14.02.010. - Applicability of provisions.¶

The provisions of this title shall apply to all substandard, dangerous or unsafe buildings or property as defined herein.

Sec. 14.02.020. - Continuation of occupancies; conditions.¶

Occupancies in existing buildings may be continued as provided in section 104 of the building code, as adopted in chapter 15.08, except such structures as are found to be substandard, dangerous or unsafe as defined in this chapter.
