9.02.010 Taped or prerecorded messages prohibited.¶
No person, firm, or corporation shall use or cause to be used any automatic, electrical, or mechanical device or attachment to any telephone that reproduces any taped or prerecorded message to report any police or fire emergency and which utilizes the telephone trunklines of the police and fire departments of the city. (Prior code § 10.52.010)
