Sec. 34-201. - Restrictions.¶
(a) No person shall haul in any vehicle, other than a railway car, any manure or other noisome substances without having either a canvas, tarpaulin or some tightly constructed cover over the vehicle to prevent nauseous odors or substances escaping therefrom, and such vehicle shall be sufficiently high enough and constructed tightly enough to prevent the contents from leaking or spilling therefrom.
(b) Vehicles used for street cleaning purposes or gathering garbage or rubbish that are loaded at various places need not be covered, as provided in subsection (a) of this section, during such loading, but such vehicles shall not be permitted to stand or remain in or upon any public street or other public place or on private property longer than necessary for loading and hauling such substance to its destination and after such loading shall be covered as provided in subsection (a) of this section. Such vehicles shall not be permitted to be in a filthy or offensive condition.

Sec. 34-202. - Unloading.¶
No person shall operate any station, yard or place where manure or other noisome substances are unloaded from railway cars or other vehicles larger than an ordinary farm wagon or unload manure or other noisome substances from railway cars or other vehicles larger than an ordinary farm wagon.

Sec. 34-203. - Time limits on standing.¶
No person shall leave standing in the same place for a longer period of time than two hours any railway car or other vehicle larger than an ordinary farm wagon containing manure or other noisome substances.
