§ 2-2.501. Police Department Designated.

[Initiative Ord. No. 645, adopted at a General Election held March 7, 1978]

The Police Department of the City shall be the Sheriff's Department of the County as provided under the terms and conditions of such agreement as may be entered into between the County and the City.
