§ 2-5.01. Adopted: Design.¶

A seal consisting of a circular disk 2 1/2 inches in diameter, with a design cut thereon consisting of a representation of the harbor of the City and having the words "City of Avalon, California, Incorporated June 26, 1913" cut around the outer edge thereof, is hereby adopted as the official seal of the City.
§ 2-5.02. Custodian.¶

The City Clerk shall be the custodian of the official seal.
