Article 2 — Use of Publicly-Owned Property

§ 9-10.201. Additional Use of Designated Property. ¶

When the Commission so approves the acquisition of publicly owned property, such property may be used for any use designated pursuant to this article by the Commission in addition to those uses permitted in the zone in which such property is located.
