Article 1 — Approval of Acquisition

When the Commission, pursuant to Chapter 7-3 , Title 7 , of the Government Code, approved the acquisition of any square, park or of any other public ground or open space by any public entity, it may, in the approval, designate for what purpose and to what extent said property may be used.
