2.16.010 - Office created.¶
The office of City health officer is created. No person shall be appointed to said office unless he is a resident of this county and duly licensed to practice medicine in this state.

2.16.020 - Duties.¶
It shall be his duty to enforce the laws of the City relating to the public health and the rules and regulations of the Board of Health of the state, and all the laws of the state relating to the public health so far as the same are applicable to the City.

2.16.030 - Compensation.¶
He shall hold office at the pleasure of the Council. His compensation shall be fixed by the Council.
