10.58.010 - Unlawful use of skateboards, roller skates, scooters or any other device or…¶
It shall be unlawful to ride any of the above mentioned devices upon any open roadway or sidewalk of any business district in the City of Atwater.

10.58.020 - Shopping centers, public plazas, incline ramps or include surface areas on…¶
It shall be unlawful to ride, skateboards, roller skates, scooters, or any other device or toy propelled by human power, other than a bicycle, upon the sidewalks, incline ramps or incline surface areas, driveways or parking areas of any shopping center, public plaza, or private property open to the public, where signs prohibit such activity.

10.58.030 - Signs and signing.¶
The posting of shopping centers, public property, and private property open to the public shall be by appropriate signing which shall be posted by the owner.
