2.40.010 - Authorized.¶

A contract between the city council and the Board of Administration, California Public Employees' Retirement System is authorized, a copy of such contract being attached to the ordinance codified, in this chapter marked "Exhibit A," and by such reference made a part hereof as though set out in full in this chapter.

2.40.020 - Mayor shall execute.¶

The mayor is authorized, empowered and directed to execute the contract authorized in Section 2.40.010, for and on behalf of the agency designated in Section 2.40.010.
