2.08.010 - Affected officials.¶

Pursuant to the authority given by Section 51500 and following of the Government Code of the state the duties of city assessor and tax collector are transferred to the assessor and tax collector of the county. The duties of the city treasurer shall continue to be performed by the city treasurer and are not transferred to the county treasurer by this chapter.
