4240.2. - [INTOXICATION PROHIBITED]. STREETS, PARKS, ETC.

No person, whether in any type of vehicle or not, shall drink any liquid containing more than one-half percent (1/2%) of alcohol by volume in or upon any public street, sidewalk, road, place, way, court, parkway, park, highway, public hall or other public place.

4240.3. - SAME. PUBLIC DANCE HALLS.

No person in an intoxicated condition shall enter or remain in any public dance or club dance.
