4910.1. - DISTRIBUTION OF COMMERCIAL ADVERTISING ON MOTOR VEHICLES.¶

No person shall place any commercial advertising matter inviting the purchase of, or offering to sell or buy, any goods, wares, merchandise or commercial services into, or upon, any unoccupied motor vehicle.
