Division 2 — CITY POUND

4112. • CREATION.

There shall be provided or designated by the City a suitable enclosure, to keep and safely hold all animals subject to impounding which shall be known and designated as the City Pound.

Each person having charge of any pound shall keep a record of each animal impounded with him, the date of the impounding thereof, the date and manner of its disposal, and if redeemed, reclaimed or purchased the amount of all fees received or collected for or because of the impounding, reclaiming or purchasing thereof, together with the number of any license tag exhibited upon the redemption or sale of any such animal.
