2910. - SERVICES.¶
The Treasurer shall perform the duties and functions prescribed by the following sections of this Part.
2911. - CHARTER REQUIREMENTS.¶
Such duties and functions as are specifically required by the Charter to be performed by the Treasurer.
2912. - REQUIREMENTS.¶
Such duties and functions as are prescribed by any law of the State of which the City has or may from time to time elect to avail itself.
2913. - LOCAL REQUIREMENTS.¶
Such duties and functions as are or may be specifically required of the Treasurer by any applicable ordinance or resolution of the Council.
