Arcadia Municipal Code Part 6 Purchasing Procedure Manual

The Administrative Services Director shall prepare a Purchasing Procedure Manual so that all concerned may have a clear definition and understanding of the goals and purposes of this Chapter. The Purchasing Procedure Manual shall describe and explain in detail the procedures that using departments must follow in the procurement of equipment, goods and supplies and shall include among other things, samples of the various forms necessary to carry out the intent of this Chapter.
