2532. - CREATION.

There is hereby created a special fund known and designated as Special Fund for Capital Outlays in the Water Department.

2532.1. - PURPOSE.

Such fund shall be for and shall remain inviolate for the making of any capital outlays in the City Water Department.

2532.2. - SOURCE.

Such fund shall consist of the proceeds of any special tax levied for that purpose, and such other funds as the Council may from time to time order transferred thereto pursuant to the Charter.
