2420. - TREASURER'S BOND.¶
Before entering upon the duties of his office, the Treasurer shall execute a bond to the City in the penal sum of Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000,00).
2420.1. - SAME. CONDITIONS.¶
Said bond shall be conditioned for the faithful performance of all duties imposed upon the Treasurer by law, the Charter, this Code, or any ordinance or resolution of the Council.
2421. - CLERK'S BOND.¶
Before entering upon the duties of his office, the Clerk shall execute a bond to the City in the penal sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
2421.1. - SAME. CONDITIONS.¶
Said bond shall be conditioned for the faithful performance of all duties imposed upon the Clerk by law, the Charter, this Code or any ordinance or resolution of the Council.
