2323. - APPOINTMENTS.¶

Appointments to vacant positions in the Classified Service shall be made in accordance with the Charter and the Personnel Rules and Regulations established thereunder.

2323.1. - CREDIT FOR TEMPORARY SERVICE.¶

In the giving of any examination or the establishment of any employment or promotional lists, no credit shall be allowed for service rendered under a temporary appointment.
