2.44.010 - Declaration of intent.¶
The Town declares that it desires to qualify to receive aid from the State under the provisions of California Penal Code chapter 1, title 4, part 4.
2.44.020 - Adherence to State standards.¶
Pursuant to Penal Code § 13522 of the chapter 1 referred to in Section 2.44.010, the Town while receiving aid from the State pursuant to the said chapter 1, will adhere to the standards for recruitment and training established by the California Commission of Peace Officer Standards and Training.
