3.12.010 - Established.

There is established a "Revolving Fund" in the amount of two hundred dollars, to be established, maintained and replenished out of the general fund of the city.

3.12.020 - Expenditures—Limitations.

A. All moneys in the revolving fund shall be expended exclusively for municipal purposes.

B. No single expenditure out of the fund shall exceed the sum of fifty dollars, and expenditures from the fund may be made upon signature of the mayor and the city clerk.

3.12.030 - Replenishment.

Upon presentation to the city council by the city clerk of an itemized statement of expenditures out of the revolving fund, audited and approved by the city council, the council shall authorize the reimbursement to the fund of the amount so audited and approved.
