Chapter 9.10 — THROWING MISSILES

It is unlawful for any person to throw upon, along or across any public highway, road, street, alley, or sidewalk, at or towards any person or any vehicle, any missile capable of causing personal injury or damage to personal property. A violation of any of the provisions of this section shall constitute an infraction, punishable as set forth in Section 1.20.010 of this code.
