10.48.010 - Driving over fire hose—Parking near fire.¶
No streetcar or vehicle shall be driven over any unprotected hose of the fire department when laid down on any street, private driveway or streetcar track to be used at any fire or alarm of fire, without the consent of the fire chief or the officer in command; nor shall any person park any vehicle within the block where fire apparatus has stopped in answer to a fire alarm.

10.48.020 - Driving between vehicles in funeral procession.¶
No operator of any vehicle or streetcar shall drive between the vehicles comprising a funeral procession provided that such vehicles are conspicuously so designated.

10.48.030 - Clinging to motor vehicles.¶
No person traveling upon any bicycle, coaster, roller skates, motorcycle or any toy vehicle shall cling to or attach himself or his vehicle to any other moving vehicle or streetcar.

10.48.040 - Scattering load on roadway.¶
It is unlawful to operate any vehicle so loaded that any part of its load is dropped upon the roadway.

10.48.050 - Driving on rims.¶
No person shall tow, propel or operate any motor vehicle designed for operation on rubber-tired wheels upon or along any surfaced public street so as to permit or cause the metal rim of any wheel thereof to be in contact with the surface of the street except in cases when, as a direct result of accident or tire failure, it becomes necessary to remove the vehicle to a place of repair or to the residence or place of business of the owner, or to clear the vehicle from the public way, in which event, the maximum speed at which such vehicle may be so driven shall be six miles per hour.

10.48.060 - Riding on outside of car.¶
No person shall ride upon the fender or running board or the steps, hood, top, bumper or any portion not specifically designed for passenger use of any streetcar or vehicle.

10.48.070 - Driving restrictions in Anderson River Park.¶
No person shall operate, maintain or park a motor-driven vehicle of any description in the Anderson River Park, except on improved roadways and designated parking areas.

10.48.080 - Violations.¶
A violation of any of the provisions of this chapter shall be considered an infraction, punishable as provided in Section 1.20.010 of this code.
