§ 12.12.010. Construction permit.

No curb shall be cut or constructed and no sidewalk, gutter or apron to a driveway or a roadway shall be constructed along any of the roads, streets or highways in the county unless a permit has first been secured therefor from the director of transportation and public works.

§ 12.12.020. Violation–Penalty.

Every person who violates this chapter or any part thereof is guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail for not exceeding six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
