15.12.010 - Adoption by reference.¶
That certain documents, three copies of which are on file and are open for inspection of the public in the office of the city clerk of the city, being marked and designated as follows:
State Historical Building Code, California Administrative Code, Title 24 "Building Standards", Part 8. State Historical Building Code of August 25, 1979, published by the Office of Administrative Hearings,
Department of General Services, is adopted as an alternative code of the city for regulating the building standards for certain qualified historical buildings and structures in the city, which is on file in the office of the city;
Is referred to, adopted and made a part hereof as if fully set out in this section.
