10.04.010 - Adoption.

Ordinance No. 45, which designated certain streets one-way, is repealed.

The adoption of the repealing ordinance codified in this section does not affect prosecutions or actions instituted under the repealed ordinance for violations committed prior to the effective date of the repealing ordinance codified in this section nor, if applicable, the validity of any bond nor cash deposit previously posted, filed or deposited pursuant to the repealed ordinance prior to the effective date of the repealing ordinance codified in this section.

10.04.020 - Determination.

In order to expedite the determination and designation of one-way streets for the purpose of regulating vehicular traffic upon city streets, the city council may designate, by resolution, which streets should be one-way. Following any such resolution, proper and adequate signage shall be installed.
