Chapter 22.76 — FEES AND CHARGES

§ 22.76.010 FEE SCHEDULE.

(A) The City Board of Appeals shall establish fees from time to time for the purpose of defraying the expenditure incidental to the proceedings described in this title and no part of any such fee shall be refundable whether or not the application is granted or denied.

(B) Such fees shall be due and payable in advance to the city, and shall be collected by the Department of Community Development, before accepting any such application for filing.
