Chapter 22.40 — CONDOMINIUM CONVERSION

§ 22.40.010 GENERAL PROVISIONS.

(A) The requirements and procedures for tentative and final maps and parcel maps (Chapters 22.20, 22.24 and 22.60 of this title) regarding map format, contents, review and approval, shall apply to conversions of existing multiple-family rental housing to condominiums, community apartments, stock cooperations and any other subdivision which is a conversion of existing rental housing.

(B) In addition, the subdivider shall comply with all provisions of Title 23 of this code (zoning ordinance). ('86 Code, § 22.40.010) (Ord. 4120, passed - - )
