§ 5-16.1. Definition.

As used in this section:

SPECIAL EVENTS

Shall include any temporary event held for the benefit or enjoyment of the public, including, but not limited to, carnivals, fairs, circuses, auto shows, boat shows, and recreational vehicle shows, whether or not a fee is paid by members of the public for admission.

§ 5-16.2. Permit Required.

No persons shall conduct a special event in the City without first obtaining a conditional use permit, per Section 20-4 of this Code and a business license.
