8-19.1 - Driving Across Newly Laid Pavements.¶
No person shall ride or drive any horse or vehicle over or across any pavement or sidewalk newly laid or repaired, across or around which there has been placed a barrier, or at or near which there is a person or a sign warning persons against riding or driving over such pavement, or a sign stating that the street is closed. The provisions of this subsection shall not apply to the contractor or his/her employees actually engaged in the laying of such pavement.

8-19.2 - Driving on Car Tracks.¶
It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle proceeding upon any street car tracks or railroad track, in front of a street car or train, to fail to remove the vehicle from the tracks as soon as practicable after signal from the operator of the street car or train.

8-19.3 - Driving Through Funeral Procession or Parade.¶
It shall be unlawful for the operator of any vehicle to drive between the vehicles comprising a funeral procession, provided that such vehicles are conspicuously so designated, or to drive through an authorized parade. The disposition and directing of all traffic on any street over which such procession or parade shall pass shall be subject to the orders and directions of the police or traffic officers designated to control and direct traffic in the City.

8-19.4 - Motor Vehicles on Private Property.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or leave standing any vehicle over or across any private road or driveway without the express or implied permission of the owner, or to drive or leave standing any vehicle on, over or across any other private property without the express permission of the owner thereof.
