13-52.1 - Storage in Residence District.

It shall be unlawful for any firm, person, or corporation to keep or store any new or secondhand lumber, sash or other building material in any residence district for a period of more than thirty (30) days, but this section shall not apply to any lumber, sash or other building material deposited in a residence district for use within the period of thirty (30) days, on buildings or other structures being or about to be erected or repaired.
