12-3.1 - Established.

There is hereby established a golf course parking lot, as delineated on that certain map referred to in this section hereinbelow, for the exclusive use of City Officers and employees and for use by members of the general public, for the parking of such persons' vehicles while using the facilities of the Alameda Municipal Golf Course.

12-3.2 - Area Designated.

The City Manager shall designate, and cause to be appropriately identified and marked, the particular portion of the golf course parking lot that shall be used for parking purposes solely by City officers and employees. The City Manager shall further designate, and cause to be appropriately identified and marked, that particular portion and area that may be used for physically handicapped persons and for parking purposes by members of the general public during the time such persons are using the Alameda Municipal Golf Course facilities.

12-3.3 - Prohibited Acts.

a. It shall be unlawful for any person to park or leave unattended any motor vehicle on the golf course parking lot unless the vehicle be fully within the parking space designated therefore.

b. No person shall park any vehicle in the portion of the lot designated for use solely by City officers and employees unless the person is a City officer or employee authorized by the City Manager to park in that portion.

12-3.4 - Location.

The area referred to herein as the "golf course parking lot" is as shown and delineated on that certain map entitled, "Parking System, Golf Course Parking Lot, Drawing 5567, Case 41," a copy of which is on file in the office of the City Engineer.
