3.16.660 - Specification of records.

Grantor reserves the right to specify the kinds of records which will enable the grantor to fully perform its responsibilities under the franchise agreement or this chapter, or copies thereof, that grantee shall keep in its local offie. The grantor shall have the right, upon reasonable notice, to inspect such records.

3.16.670 - Right of inspection of construction.

The grantor, at its expense except as otherwise provided in this chapter, shall have the right to inspect all construction or installation work performed subject to the provisions of the franchise and to make such tests as it shall find necessary to ensure compliance with the terms of this franchise and other pertinent provisions of law.

3.16.680 - Right of intervention.

The grantor shall have the right of intervention in any suit or proceeding to which the grantee is party and which concerns the franchise, and the grantee shall not oppose such intervention by the grantor.

3.16.690 - Regulations.

The director of public works shall administer this chapter for the grantor, and may adopt from time to time necessary or appropriate regulations for the implementation thereof.
