2.32.010 - Delinquent unsecured tax collection fee—Fifty dollars.

This fee will apply to collection of delinquent unsecured property taxes to cover the cost of processing delinquent tax liens and memory joggers on delinquent unsecured property taxes.

2.32.020 - Delinquent secured tax redemption install plan fee.

Seventy-five dollars ($75.00) to set-up a payment plan and fifty dollars ($50.00) annually to maintain the installment plan during the period that the plan is outstanding. This fee applies to the initiation and maintenance of installment payment plans for delinquent secured property taxes.

2.32.030 - Returned check (NSF) fee—Fifty-five dollars.

This fee will apply to the collection of returned checks due to non-sufficient funds and will cover the collection processing and the service charge that the bank charges the county treasurer.

2.32.040 - Duplicate tax bill printing—Five dollars.

This fee will be charged for each duplicate tax bill printed for payments that are remitted without payment coupon enclosures. The fee covers the processing and printing cost.
