8601-7 - Exemptions from fee.

The following are exempt from the traffic impact mitigation fee imposed pursuant to this chapter:

(a)

Zoning clearances for construction that requires a building permit; and

(b)

Zoning clearances for subdivisions.

It is unlawful for any person to damage, destroy, interfere with or use in any manner whatsoever any levee, piling, embankment, channel, dam, reservoir, rain or stream gauge, telephone line or other stream protection or

flood control structure constructed, operated or maintained by any public entity unless written permission has first been obtained from a duly authorized agent of that entity.
