For the purpose of this article, the term "condominium" shall be defined as in section 783 of the Civil Code. The term "community apartment project" shall be defined as in section 11004 of the Business and Professions Code. The term "stock cooperative" shall be defined as in section 11003.2 of the Business and Professions Code.
