5-35.006 Purpose. To encourage the use of and/or facilitate the use of public transit and transportation by residents, employees, visitors or customers of the development and to insure that developments interface with transit or transportation facilities in a safe manner.

5-35.008 Acceptable Standards.

a.

Bus passenger shelters shall be able to shelter at least eight persons.

b.

Bus passenger shelters shall not obstruct a sidewalk.

c.

Where bus shelters are required, adequate turnouts, to allow traffic to pass a stopped bus, shall be provided.

d.

Provision shall be made for safe crossing of any and all fixed rail transit facilities within or along the development area.

5-37.002 Sewage Disposal Requirement. All uses of land and/or development projects shall provide for the disposal of sewage.
