Public Use Districts promote public & institutional uses and allow a limited amount of compatible uses.

A. Intent

The P1 Use District allows for government buildings, structures, ofcefi s, and services facilities.

This District is intended to provide regulations for the use and development of land owned by

a government agency. For most uses, district permissions assume those of the most restrictive

adjoining Use District.
