What are the noise rules and construction hours in Placer County?
Placer County's code: 5 dBA above the ambient sound level, or the table level, whichever is greater. (Outdoor sound measured at the property line of an affected sensitive receptor.) (§ 9.36.060); 55 dB hourly Leq. (Daytime, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., at a sensitive receptor's property line; 5 dB lower for speech and music.) (§ 9.36.060).
